Kathy Mata Ballet is a community-oriented non-professional dance company. The dancers and staff are unpaid volunteers. We rely solely on the support of our friends, corporate sponsors and the business community to fund our work: bringing dance performances to senior communities, community centers, and other audiences who ordinarily would not have the opportunity to see a live ballet, modern or jazz performance accompanied by professional musicians. Your support also helps us present regular studio performances at the Alonzo King LINES dance center and our yearly theater fundraiser benefit performance, all of which are made possible by donation seating to our audiences.
